Preschool Spring Concert/Graduation

Tonight was Mikaela's spring concert at her preschool AND it was a graduation ceremony because she will no longer be a preschooler at the end of next week!

I'm hoping to add the videos later, but here is a snapshot of her and her classmates on stage above. Below is a picture of her with her teacher Miss Constance:

We are very proud of her! What a smart girl!

(PS - Their cute little red mortarboards are made out of a plastic bowl with elastic strung through so it stayed on their heads. The bowl was connected to a piece of tagboard with a brass fastener which was poked through a piece of yarn...very cute!)

Pictures from Christmas Concert

Well, at long last, here are the pictures I have of the Christmas concert at church. The kids were very cute - wrapped up like presents:

Aiden enjoyed watching the show, especially when he got to see a picture of himself up on the big screen when they did a video presentation of the babies and toddlers.

Next time, we will have to make sure we don't leave the memory card at home. That shows me trying to be on top of things writing in the blog right away! haha Sorry for the wait...

Technical Difficulties

I was hoping to post some video and pictures from tonight's concert at church BUT...

...we forgot our SD card in our computer so didn't get any still photographs (don't worry, Andy's parents had their cameras!)

...and we cannot get the video to copy over to the computer without the audio and video not lining up :( We'll see if we can get it fixed this week and get some pictures too!
